Q |
I just built a new computer with M3A-H/HDMI. After I have installed Windows Vista 64bit, and used support CD Auto run function to install the drivers, an error would occur after the reboot.
I found out that if I don't install the AHCI driver3.1.1540.10, this issue would not occur. How do I resolve this issue? |
|
|
A |
Please manually install the chipset driver, and then install latest ATI AHCI/RAID Controller Driver version 3.1.1540.25 from out website to resolve this issue. [GO] |

The following motherboards can fully support AMD Phenom 125W CPU. We will continue to update this list. Please refer back to this FAQ for more future available models.
M3N-HT Deluxe/Mempipe
M3N-HT Deluxe/HDMI
M3A32-MVP Deluxe/WiFi-AP
M3A32-MVP Deluxe
M3N-HD/HDMI
M3N-H/HDMI
M3A-H/HDMI
Please note that due to the high thermal design power (TDP) of AMD Phenom 125 W CPU, better cooling is required for your system to function stably when overclocking in higher voltage condition. |

Q |
I was informed that this motherboard starts to support Intel Q9300 CPU since BIOS version 1007 so that I purchased this CPU and upgraded BIOS. The CPU was successfully recognized by the system, but I found myself unable to log into Windows OS. The system always gives me a blue screen when it loads the OS. However, I was able to log into OS under safe mode so I uninstalled all the drivers under safe mode, and then installed them one by one under normal mode. The same problem occurred right after VGA driver is installed. Changing the VGA driver doesn't seem to resolve the issue. In addition, this issue does not happen with previous BIOS. How do I resolve this issue? |
|
|
A |
Please upgrade BIOS to version 1008 or later to patch this issue. [GO] |
